The website presents our real estate services and listings. The client portal gives clients of an active transaction a private place to follow milestones, exchange documents, and receive updates. Portal access is by invitation from your agent and is personal to you — keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account.
Clients who provide a mobile number and opt in receive transactional messages about their real estate transaction — milestone updates, document requests, and appointment or deadline reminders — by SMS or WhatsApp.
You agree to use the portal only for your own transaction, to upload only content you have the right to share, and not to attempt to access other users’ information or disrupt the service.
Content on the public website is general information, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Real estate brokerage services are provided under a separate agreement between you and your agent. Listing information may come from third parties and is not guaranteed.
The sites are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
